Motivation: The virtual account team (VAT) has noted an opportunity to leverage some existing marketing assets to tailor a piece for Colgate with minimal effort.

Objective: Produce a finished print piece outlining the big picture benefits of XM for Colgate executives, that can be used as a consistent leave behind when having meetings with various line-of-business leaders.

Approach: Leverage a the Qualtric's proposal group Blank 2020 XM Book Template (a new version since the JP Morgan Chase Point-of-View we were originally ), having a print designer edit the content to speak to our Colgate audience.

Timeline: Mid-October. We don’t have a specific event for this, but see it as a steady ‘leave behind’, with the hope that each time we have a line-of-business (land-and-expand) conversation, we can share something that clearly honors the Platinum (long term, deep relationship) status Colgate has with SAP. So we’d say ‘medium to high’ urgency, without an imminent due date.
